Parents should note that: Documents are normally handed out for every Activity the members take part in when the Activity is announced.
We are aware that forms get lost, so have provided copies of the appropriate forms for Parents to download and re-fill in themselves below.
Please note that unit Leaders will have provided a date when forms are to be handed in by;  when an Activity was announced.
It is important that forms are handed in before these dates, without the forms your child will not be able to take part in an activity/event.

Scouting Forms Information
Scouts One Day Activity Form  
Scouts Health Form To be updated annually and handed to a leader
Gift Aid Form All members of the Scouting section will be asked to fill in a Gift Aid form when they join one of our units. We use this form to claim Gift Aid back from the Government .(28p for every £1 in subscriptions you pay to us) 

 

Guiding Forms Information
Form G/O One Day Activity Form This form will be used for any One Day Activity away from the Meeting place
Form G/C Permission Form for Camp or Holiday This form must be handed to Leaders prior to any overnight event eg: Sleepover, Camp or Holiday
Form G/H Guiding Health Form This form must be filled in and handed to Guiders prior to any overnight event, members will be asked to keep a copy of the form in their pocket during events, to ensure relevant information is on hand during events.
Starting Guides Leaflet These Leaflets provide Information, including Units and Leaders contact details, for Girls joining one of our Unit's and their Parents, and are to be kept by the unit member.

 They should be read in conjunction with the Essential Information form below

Starting Essential Information This form should be filled out for all Girls joining Rainbows, Brownies or Guides, and MUST be returned within two weeks of becoming a member of one of our Units, or at any time when essential information changes and need updating.
It contain Contact details, Emergency Contacts, Health & Allergy information, Special Needs, Gift Aid Declaration etc. 
All your unit needs to register a new member. 

 Gift Aid (Guiding Section)

A Gift Aid declaration appears on the Essential Information form. All Guiding members are asked to fill in when they join one of our units. We would ask that all parents fill this in to allow us to claim Gift Aid back from the Government
We can claim 28p for every £1 in subscriptions you pay to us. If you know that you have not ticked the box on this form, please ask the unit Leader so that this can be done to allow us to claim Gift Aid back.
Gift aid claims are made annually in March, and are a valuable source of income for us as registered charities.
