Our Headquarters premises is available to the community for:-
Children's birthday parties, Private meetings, Clubs etc.

The Building and grounds are also available to Scout and Guide Groups for day, overnight and weekend stays

The building comprises of :-

• A large main hall (sufficient for up to 100 seated, or 30 sleeping)

• Smaller meeting room (suitable sleeping dorm - for approx 12)

• Fully equipped kitchen

• Small office (suitable for Leaders sleeping dorm - 3-4)

• Small Upstairs Loft Room (suitable for Leaders dorm 2-4)

• Toilets comprising: Two separate unisex toilet cubicles, Urinal cubicle, Special needs cubicle, separate vanity sink area......all inc LS Lowry prints!.

• A single shower room.

• There is ample on-site car parking

• We also have a large grassed area to the rear - suitable for camping with power and water hook up.

• The rear field also has a camp fire circle

• There is access to the canal from our field - suitable for kayaking and canoeing.

• The building is accessible (part M compliant).

• Our site area is 5.9 hectares
