Stockton Brook Scout and Guide Group Council exists to manage the Group Headquarters building
and to raise funds by organising special events such as our autumn bonfire and firework display. 

Group Council meetings are held on the first Wednesday of every other month.
All parents of young people in our units, as well as all Leaders are automatically members of the Group Council and can attend all meetings. 

 

If you wish to stand for any one of the positions below or wish to attend Group Council meetings as a parent please contact the Chairman

  Parental Role 1           Each Role to be held by a Parent  (not a Leader or Unit helper) to provide independent support to the Group at the 6 Group Council Meetings per year.

The Group would like more parents to become involved with the Group and have their say.

Group Council meetings normally last for up to 2 hours, and take place on the first Wednesday of every other month in January, March, May, July, September and November

  Scout Leaders           There must be Three Scouting Leaders in attendance at Group Council meetings for a quorum
