Cardboard Sleepover Maer Guide Camp - 13 and 14 June 2009 Commence noon Saturday Girls will be erecting cardboard shelters in which they will sleep for the night. Girls are to bring a packed lunch. there will be a visit to the local fayre in the afternoon, followed by afternoon activities in aid of the homeless There will be a camp fire supper Breakfast the following morning Take down the shelters Go home at 10am All profits from this camp will be donated to Crisis for the Homeless. The intention of this camp is to give Girls a taste of what life is like for the homeless. HQ to Maer Guide Camp approx 11 miles |
