Members of the Guide Pack are expected to take an active role in
the activities of the Pack.
The following should be considered the minimum
commitment from a Guide:
- Attend all Guides Meetings unless ill or away
- Take part in Parades to commemorate notable events when advised
- Attend camps,
sleepovers, trips/external activities and training weekends wherever possible
- Attend majority of Church Parades, of which there are usually 2 per year -
Harvest Festival service and Remembrance Sunday.
It is hoped that Guides will want to take advantage of the
activities on offer to them.
If Guides have to miss meetings due to schoolwork
or sports commitments, they should talk to the Guide Leader.
Should your daughter decide that she does not wish to attend Guide
meetings any more, it is the responsibility of Parents to notify the Guide
Leader.
Because of our waiting list, once your daughter has not attended for four weeks (without notification) we will have to let her place go to
another girl. |
