Commitments and Obligations

Cubs Commitments

Members of the Cub pack are expected to take an active role in the activities of the Pack.
The following should be considered the minimum commitment from a cub:

  • Attend all Cub Meetings unless ill or away
  • Take part in Parades  to commemorate notable events when advised
  • Attend camps, sleepovers, trips/external activities and weekends wherever possible
  • Attend Church Parades, St Georges Day Parade and  Remembrance Sunday.

It is hoped that Cubs  will want to take advantage of the activities on offer to them.

Should your son/daughter decide that he/she does not wish to attend Cub meetings any more, it is the responsibility of Parents to notify the Scouter.
Because of our waiting list, once your son/daughter has not attended for four weeks (without notification) we will have to let his/her place go to another boy/girl.
